DSTT Help

I've been trying to figure out how to play pokemon black or white on the DSTT but I just can't get it to work...

I know there are a couple guides on this site but I just can't really understand them. Some people say you have to use the

YSMenu but how do I use it? How do I get it onto my DSTT?

If anyone could help please post. I really want to play this game.

EDIT:I think I got most of it going but I'm stuck at one part. I got it working for the jap. version but when I try to play the Beta V2 it gives me the error=-4.

Also what is TTD.exe? The guides tell me you need this but I can't find this program/file anywhere. Can someone please help me?
