noob question about pokesav/pokegen

What do you mean exactly? You can generate AR codes using Pokesav and/or Pokegen and then using an AR with your Pokemon Retail Games.

Well what I mean is that can I like create pokemon using pokesav/pokegen in the pokemon game cards themselves
