Since your team has Arceus in it, you are competing in the Uber tier. Your entire team is pretty much Kyogre weak. Also, Arceus can not have 252 EVs in any stat. The maximum it can have is 500 EVs total, 100 EVs max in any one stat.

You don't need attack evs, and Surf doesn't get stab. Judgement can work, but that set isn't too great anyway. You also want a lead...

Deoxys-S needs a specific set to wall. Taunt/Toxic/Sub/CP works... If you want deoxys to take hits, just run Deo-D

Adamant lowers attack, don't use it. Nightmare is gimmicky, same with dream eater. Dark Pulse/Nasty plot/hp fire-ice beam is usually good
