[RESOLVED] Pokemon disappearing?

For some reason sometimes random Pokemon will disappear from my boxes while i'm using pokegen. For example earlier i moved my scarfed Luxray 1 spot over in the same box, then moved to another box and made a magneton then saved. When i restarted my pokegen the Luxray was gone. Does anyone know what causes this or a way to fix it?

Are you using the latest version? And do you know of a way to reproduce the problem every time?

Edit: Ok, I managed to make it happen myself.

Edit 2: Fixed for 3.0.4.

Edit 3: For anyone wondering what causes it, it only occurs when you drag one Pokemon on top of another, switching their places. The one that wasn't being dragged will get erased, and the one being dragged will essentially be duplicated.
