using pokegen on legitimate pokemon

Forgive my ignorance if this is something commonly known. I was wondering if opening a .pkm file of a legitimate, RNGed pokemon into Pokesav or Pokegen affects the legitimacy at all? Namely, if I just download a .pkm file of an RNGed pokemon and upload it onto my cart through pokesav, could it be interpreted as hacked?

Anyone with experience trying this would be much appreciated.

The goal is strictly for this to be what you can do. Whether or not that's what'll happen right now in the beta, I can't say, as it's been a while since I've done data comparisons to verify that.
