Having issues making a shiny.

Hello everyone,

I am trying to make a legit rayquaza caught in SS under my ID and SID. I would like it to be shiny, but when I generate a shiny code I get the summary "Apparently Met at Embedded Tower". Now, when I use my ID and SID even though i'm using a shiny PID of the poke, it is not shiny, and the summary says "Embedded Tower". If anyone could help me find a solution to have a SHINY Rayquaza with the summary to look like I caught it in my own game I would greatly appreciate it.

Then you're not using a shiny PID. Put your IDs in the Misc/OT tab prior to using the PID finder.

When I hatch my eggs the pokemon emerges as a shiny but isn't a shiny from there on. Any ideas how to make them permanently a shiny?
