Text editor for Pokemon Black and White?

Hey,I was wondering if there is an editor out by now that can edit the text of the new Pokemon BW games? I'm guessing SCV has made one by now, but I'm not positive. If the program exists or is being developed, could you please reply? Thanks!

The people in charge of our translation project are using something made by SCV but I'm guessing it's not quite ready for a public release. Bugs and all that.
