Sounds Resources only has Pokemon cries and move sound effects. I'm looking for sound effects used in the menus of I'm not sure if there's any other place I could go looking for sound effects already ripped. I have access to White 2's romfs or I guess the equivalent. I have the data folder, but it's all in the a/1/4/2 etc style Pokemon uses where nothing has a name or a file extension. I found documentation of B2W2's filesystem here but nothing described seems to point to sound effects. Plus, I don't actually know what extension these would be in.
