I'm guessing the best way is to just boot into sysnand cfw to inject the save (while in airplane), but still have that risk of getting banned?

I'm not entirely sure this is possible but... I have an emunand and sysnand, I have and probably will never boot into the cfw on the sysnand which will solve this problem. I do all modding on the emunand such as using checkpoint. I can access my current sysnand save and edit it using pkhex, but how do i restore this backup onto the sysnand version?
