I found it! In the case that anyone else comes across this thread looking for the same patch, it can be found on GBATemp here.

Unsure if this is the right board to ask feel free to remove this post if so. I was wondering if anyone still has the old Black and White English translation patch, all the links to the Mediafire page that used to have it are down now and most accounts that posted about the patch on YouTube haven't been active since 2010. I know it's kind of pointless to play this patch now since BW have been officially released in English for 12 years now but I'd like to play the patch out of curiosity.
