I just recopied the rom from a backup on my computer, and it's working fine. Thank you! I don't know why I didn't think to do that myself.

The only thing I did with Pokesav was change my Kadabra to Alakazam and Haunter to Gengar when I couldn't trade with anybody, but that was probably a month or so ago. Other than that, the save file should be clean.

Hey guys, I have been playing Pokemon Platinum on my M3 DS Simply, and last night I saved inside the Battleground before going to bed. This morning, I loaded up Pokemon Platinum and I could see my data (name, time played, pokedex, etc.), but when I selected my save file the screen went black and played one note continuously. It does this every time I turn it on. My little brother also has an Acekard 2, so I loaded the save file on his and it still didn't work.

I have no idea what could be wrong, but I thought that Pokesav might have a chance of fixing it. Any idea what I could do to try to fix it?

Thanks a ton, Guested. And xeomyr, which abilities are you talking about? Are you talking about the abilities like inner focus and blaze, or is there something I don't know about?

What I want to do is edit my Kadabra into an Alakazam so that he is identical to what he would have been like if I had traded him instead of editing him.

Do I just have to change him from a Kadabra into an Alakazam, or should I edit his stats also?

Hey guys, I'm playing Pokemon Platinum, but due to various things I have literally no opportunities to trade with other people. This poses a problem, as I would like to evolve some of my pokemon (such as Kadabra and Haunter) that can only be evolved by trading.

As a solution to this, I thought I could try editing my save with Pokesav. If I change, for example, my Kadabra into an Alakazam, is there anything I need to change other than the pokemon type to make the pokemon be exactly if he had evolved?
