ok thanks, im in the process of catching all the legendaries for previous games to store them in Bank for collection, I couldn't seem to find ones I previously caught in my saves.

I'm not really sure what the event flags do, if I un-tick legendaries that have already been caught on my save file will this allow me to re catch them again?

When I open it in PKHeX, it displays as a NA region Pokemon.

Does anyone have a PAL English Shiny Poipole Wondercard that I can download? I can't find it anywhere.
