Does anyone know if the Shadow Pidgeot in Phenac City is always Shiny in v1.1.6?

a. You will be able to use your old save, with any pokemon you have on it.

b. Pure Heart lowers Shadow, Dark, and Ghost type moves' power.

c. I do not know if Suicune will come back for sure, but he said he fixed the bug, so I would hope so.

Hey, just a quick question. Is the Shadow Pidgeot in Phenac City supposed to be shiny, or did I just get lucky?
