I was trying to hack pokemon platinum, and I wanted to change the sinnoh dex.

At first, I tried to edit the 12th file of "zukan_data_gira.narc" which contains the order of pokemons in sinnoh dex.

Yeah, it seemed to work fine, but actually it wasn't.

I wanted to change Manaphy's sinnoh dex number to 297 which was originally 151.

After I applied the edited file to my rom, the dex shows Manaphy under No.296, but Manaphy's dex number hasn't changed. It was still 151.

So No.151 Pokemon is between No.296 and No.298. It seems very weird.

So editing "zukan_data_gira.narc" does not change the pokemon's dex number, it only changes the order.

Then how could I change the pokemon's sinnoh dex number?

I want to replace Elite 4 Battle theme into Kanto Gym Leader Battle theme without changing Johto Gym Leader Battle theme... but I couldn't find any way to replace like that.

Could you please help me?
