We all know the unused trainer fight against Professor Oak in the Gen 1 games.
I would like to add an NPC in Pokémon Blue or Red to trigger this fight without the known glitches.Is there a tool out there to simple add a trainer npc who triggers this fight?

You can already get the wondercard from here and extract the .pk7 file with PKHex
