1.PKHex can make Smeargle learn Light of Ruin in spite of that it's not released.

2.About Mystery Gift region, example for, Aldora Zapdos, 3DS Region Japan Player can't receive. PKHex judges region mistake Pokemon legal.

By capturing a legendary pokemon in Ultra Hole, the sound corresponded to the pokemon is unlocked that we can use in "Rating Battle".

But, even if, you unlocked captured flags in the event flag editor, you wouldn't get the sound.

What should I do?
