When in PKHEX it says that this celebi is legal, but when it comes to trading, it gives the classic message of you cant trade this pokemon because there is something wrong with it

They say they are legal in pkhex. I got the Poipole from here, and I bred the rockruff from the event. 

We are trading on the Ultra games cause I traded him some ones before them that had Ultra sun as the origin game and they traded perfectly fine

Can anyone help me? I was trading to my brother a poipole and a own tempo rockruff that I created in pkhex everything came up with a green check mark. When I go try to trade it says cant select this pokemon. Does anyone know whats going on?

Will USUM be backwards compatible with SM as far as trading like XY and ORAS was? 

Just tried it, when I know I have traded the same rayquaza plenty of times...it doesnt work. It must be something that they have recently done

I'll try trading between myself online cause I have (3) ds and see what works and doesn't and get back to you.

Did you try to re-roll the PID?
