So I've encountered a problem while trying to create a Zapdos with Defog. I checked to see if it was legal and I got an error 'Invalid: HT Memory: Species can't learn this move'. I made sure that the met location was from a gen IV game so now I'm stuck. Any idea for what could cause the problem?
