Yea pretty much. Since it was giving me the legal checks I just went along with it granted I haven't played online yet but I do plan to. I was second guessing this for a bit now. So how would I get a TID/SID for past gens if they're different?

OT and Current Handler are 2 different things.

Of course, it's possible for the name of the OT and Current Handler to be the same,
provided the TID and SID is different from Current handler.

 

 

Alright so basically reroll my TID and SID but keep the current ones I have so when making past gens I could use that for the OTs SID/TID?

The gif is self explanatory but pretty much my question is if me being the OT matters once I make change it's current handler for past pokemon.
