I got 2 questions: 1- How did you make the Tm's reusable/which hex addresses did you change?

2: How were you able to change the weather in the gym like for example raining in wake's gym? Please walk me through it.

It's actually a website, and can pkhex edit other trainers pokemon like npc?

link is broken (pokesplash), which is why I made this thread,

I am using PPRE and its trainer editor, finding the trainers is difficult because the trainer editor associates a number to a name and we can't search by name only by number.

This is where Pokesplash Trainer Dex comes in, it allows me to find the trainers by number which I can input into PPRE.

Anyone has a link to pokesplash trainer dex? I am editing Pokemon Platinum BTW.
