I came here for a question a while ago, but ended up becoming pretty interested in making a ROMhack. I'll be hanging around here for a bit, so I guess I'll formally introduce myself!

Okay. So I would need to buy Cubic Ninja. How would I go about getting the homebrew to use with it? Do you know of any tutorial for it?

If I used this method to get Homebrew, you're saying I could use pkhex to change my PSS icon, even while at the most current 3DS update?

I guess this is kind of lame, but the only reason I want to use Pokehex is to give myself a Maxie PSS icon for a cosplay. I've seen some people talk about it not working on a New 3DS, but other people say it does... Any advice? If I were to get Homebrew, could I edit the save to have a Maxie icon? If not, is there any other way to do it with an updated New 3DS? Any help is very much appreciated, thanks for your time.
