Where is the option in PKhex to inject to the save file? I receive this error when trying to import via wondercard.

I've injected the wondercard into my OR save. Go to the pokecenter, talk to person, receive the ticket, but no dialogue option pops up telling me to visit Norman. Any ideas?

Quick question, when I import Japanese events into my NA game are there any special steps that need to be done to ensure legitimacy? I redeemed the flying pikachu and moltres but in my party the pokemon names are in english not Japanese. Is this normal?
Edit:
I ended up editing my country, region, 3ds region and language under Trainer Info via PkHex and everything seems to be working as it should be.

Is there a difference in using this tool to inject the Aurora Ticket into FRLG vs. using the Aurora Ticket Distribution Rom? Are all the same flags set upon injection?
