An error occurs anytime you edit a pokemon. Tested both narc and rom versions and it lets you edit one pokemon, when you click save and click a new pokemon it says unhandled exception has occurred. If you click continue it just pops up over and over. If you click quit it closes and when you reopen it does save your changes, but this means after each pokemon you need to close the application and reopen it.

The narc file for moves would be a/0/2/1. Though I've yet to figure out how all the bytes are stored. I know that it goes Physical/Special/Status,Power, Accuracy, PP.

Would you happen to know which narc file contains pokemon typing? Such if I wanted to edit Samurott to be Water/Fighting.

If you were replying to my post, I asked for the location in the narc to edit pokemon's types. Not the wild trainer data, I already found that before. But thank you for the direction to that thread although not what I'm asking for. My post was directed towards the creator of the thread seeing as he successfully edited pokemon types.

Do you know which narc file contains the data for me to hex edit pokemon types. Such as making Emboar Fire/Dark. And if you could provide me with the hex values for the different types? I see you were able to edit pokemon types so if you could provide me with any info I'd appreciate it. Thank you.

1. I'm finished with the Pokemon Ability Modifier and I'll post it soon.

2. I'm working on a special code that turns your pokemon to Lv.999999999. Right unbeleavable, but true. (won't work at all)

3. Almost finish with the Nature Modifier. Note: its the Pokemon Nature Modifier not Wild Pokemon Nature Modifier...Cool eh!

4. I'm working on a few other codes and some of the other codes, I've gave up on because their were too much for me to do, but I'll try again in the future.

Any way to get a receive national dex code that will work on an emulator?

Not to be a pest, but has anyone come across a code to receive the national dex? a code was posted a few pages back but it won't work with an emulator. and the front page's complete pokedex fills up the dex, i just want to receive the national. any help gang?

Something I've come to notice. In HG I edited the levels of the wild pokemon in the Burnt Tower, changed Magmar to Magby, and changed the trainers' levels. When I went to the second floor, the Eusine and Beasts event wouldn't trigger. I reverted to a previous edit I made, which didn't include the Burnt Tower, it played out how it should. This also happened again on route 42(whatever route has Suciune outside Mr. Mortar) and when I cut the bush to approach Suicune, it would play its cry, then my pokemon would freeze but I was free to move around, but Suicune would not flee. I once again only edited the wild pokemon levels, and trainer levels. I found it odd, since I never touched any thing with the script or events on these two locations. Any ideas?

im also experimenting with a pretty awesome elekid and magby i havent gotten a chance to do the magby but i have just finished the elekid one and im working out some bugs with it and ill post it once its perfect. then im also busy with other codes so im trying to go as fast as i can but its not as easy as i thought it was to make codes so hopefully i can get at least a fair amount done today.

Anyone have a code to obtain the national dex? I really can't believe there aren't more people looking for such a code. It bothers me that they didn't include all of the new evolutions for the 2nd generation or Wynaut and Azurill in the HGSS dex.

As stated before, the in-battle names of some trainers (Giovanni and Twins, Couple, etc) are Like this "?????????? ?????????" after editing the data of any trainer. I'm using the latest release of this tool, which I downloaded from the OP. Seems it's not my problem only since another user has reported the same in a previous post.

Same thing happens to me in Platinum, when I edit the two trainers in the Jubilife Trainer School. All I do is edit their pokemon and when battling they are named ??????

That code says Complete Pokedex.. which leads me to believe it gives you every pokemon caught. Thats not what I'm looking for. If it is infact the national dex, it should be edited so not to be misleading. The before obtain leads me to believe it gives you the completed caught/seen pokedex before you obtain the national dex.. the after would mean complete/seen pokedex if you've already received national dex?
