Hey folks! I foolishly updated my 3DS back in March, eliminating the ability to do QR injection. I was wondering if it was worth the effort to find and buy/trade for an older 3DS. If I had to do a system wipe/transfer, would I be able to, say, run X and the exploit without having to run updates?

Update: The issue was with the version of PkHex I was using (the 3/1 version). It was treating Frillish's gender as a form, and the updated version fixed that, which gave me a tradable Frillish. Thanks Kaphotics for the link!

Okay this is vexing the heck out of me. I inject the Frillish you provided me, it WTs fine. I change it to female and make it shiny, rerolling both the PID and the Encryption Constant, and it won't WT. Any ideas/suggestions?

Hey folks!

I've been using PkHex to QR-inject pokes into my OR. I've got a fair bit of experience with genning, though my usual method was Pokegen > R4 > retail White 2 > PokeTransport > PokeBank > Gen6. After some trial and error I've been able to gen trade-passable Gen 6 pokes (Gengar, Aegislash, Golett, Froslass, Cofagrigus, all-ghost team), but Frillish is vexing me. I would appreciate it if someone could hook me up with the .pk6 file for a Frillish caught in the wild, so I could use it as a reference point for genning. Thanks!

Any chance you've found it? I've figured out how to generate most Pokemon, but Latios/Latias are vexing the heck out of me. I want to make a custom shiny Latias for a friend. I'm transferring from .pkm -> R4 -> Retail White 2 -> PokeTransfer -> X.
