when is this getting a release?

Man, I just wish I could insert Hoopa/Volcanion into my save file. Is it still impossible without a hacked 3DS (as of July 2014)? Or, would it be possible for someone else to inject Pokemon into my save file, as long as I send them the right files?

It just frustrates me that I can't edit my save file with PKHeX and re-insert it back on my cartridge. What would I have to do to be able to export the SAV in PKHeX?

it all depends how you save the file and edit it it through, i got mine to work with out a Cybersave gadget, you just need to sign the save, correct the checksums and a whole butt load of other stuff, its not really worth it though, you should just wait till the event comes out, its just easier that way! and makes it more pleasurable getting them!

If i would upload my Powersave save here, can someone with a hacked 3ds decrypt it ,add Hoopa and Volcanion, recrypt it and send it back to me?

NOT possible, the keys are too different, if the KEY from the cartidge don't match the save, CONGRATS, still not gonna get those legends, and if you're too lazy to get them your self, you don't deserve them and should wait in line for the event like a kiddie boy no offense but its my opinion and more or less I'm sure other people can agree wit' me! and its not "recrypt' its signing the save the save file so it works! if you were to re-encypt it, it would be for his game cartridge only, so it still wouldn't help.

guys, just buy a JP cart, and although the game is region locked, bank isn't, bank your pokemon you hacked in and put in your US copy and use bank, get the pokes, and act like it never happened!

alright, so i know this is one of those annoying hacks like a RS remake that never gets completed, now, its reasonable if you skip this, but its fair, the types of hacks are in progress all the time, and never finished, but my friend is pretty much working on a sprite hack, where you play as ORAS Brendan, he should finish it around mid September maybe, and i plan to edit the title screen also, but i seen a tutorial on how to, seems to hard so i might leave it untouched, and i will be editing the wild Pokemon, starters, and the gym leaders will remain the same, unless someone wants to take that off of my hands cause i can't do it, like its to, confusing, and this is in the DEVELOPMENT stage, like not even close to beta relese, he will link me to HIS rom site, (no i will not give it out, i will be turning it into either a ups/xDelta patch) and if he says no on whether if i can use him game or no, i guess it will mean that it will be developed quicker and i forgot, i can edit the Pokemon, so i'll try my best to TRY and implicate a mega evo- mechanic, but it might be glitchy, so don't complain, and there will be easter eggs about wars, and other poke'theorys, like the kanto war, and other stuff, so i might implicate it into the story, and i forgot to mention, THIS IS NOT a remake, its like a sequel, and also we're open to positions, what COULD be needed

i been searching the internet, but iys not working, i need codes that are compatible with desmume, and if you're wondering why im asking is because the game has a different game id instead of the regualr one (GG/Good Game Drayano e.e)

im trying to make my own Pokemon RSE remake, but before i just post it and make one of those abandoned projects, i would like to have a beta patch out, and i would like to know how to make it, i have the beta stuff ready, i just need to covert it to a patch, do i rename the rom to .patch or something? btw I'm probably gonna have sprite edits of who you play as also! if you wanna know the info of the game, it is
