I have located a couple hex values in Pokemon Black that refer to "empty" sprites and was wondering whether it'd be able to overwrite those sprites with my own somehow. This way I wouldn't have to replace in game characters when inserting custom art.

By empty sprites I mean hex values within the sprites range that produce an invisible sprite. It the value does not redirect to the blue haired generic sprite.

Now I'll have even more reason to engross myself in learning C++.

Although KazoWAR has a tool to edit overworld sprites, I've isolated the hex values for each individual NPC. The list is based off of Kazo's BWOE. The hex values aren't exactly linear as a couple sprites are repeated and some values produce a blank image (not defaulted to the blue hair boy sprite, simply invisible.) This way it is easier to obtain the hex for the NPC that you desire. The list will be updated with the Pokemon values when I have the time to sift through the rest of the values. To use it, simply look for the sprite in BWOE, take note of its number then flip the corresponding hex value. (example: #27 = 0x0016 = 16 00)
