obtain the others in the grotto and breed for the base evolution

Hi Kaphotics, appreciate your advise but how do i breed for the base evolution? Could you help to provide the steps?

Not sure whether has this been asked before. This mod is made so that all 649 Pokemon is obtainable. However, those starters pokemon given by the harlequin clowns, if we select one of them, the rest can be obtain in the hidden grotto.

My question is: Example: I DID NOT choose Chikorita but i can obtain Bayleef from the hidden grotto. Even if i capture Bayleef in the hidden grotto, my Pokedex still shows that i did not capture Chikorita and Chikorita is not available in the wild as per the included Wild List.

So how can i obtain those starter pokemon which i did not choose from the harlequin clowns?

First of all big thank to Drayano for your amazing patch, I enjoyed ur patch back in BW and was so excited when found out about BB and VW 2.

I have a question though. My clean rom is about 500MB but the patched file come out to be only around 280MB. Is there something wrong or is it expected? I searched but can't seem to find the answer.:smile:

It's normal that the size dropped by half, same goes to mind but it runs well without issues.

How do i use the new patch tool? It's showing an error... "Patch" is the patch, of course; "Source File" is the base rom, i believe; and "Output File", is what?

Patch section is the rom patch

Rom section is the actual clean rom

Output file section is the name of the patched rom. So input any file name you preferred.

I believe there is something wrong with version 1.1 patch. I used the same way on version 1.0 but 1.1 just cant work. I'm using a nintendo 3ds which version 1.0 works well but not version 1.1. After patching, and run on my 3ds, it just stuck and will not proceed. Can someone help me on this as version 1.0 freeze at PWT. I really want to continue on version 1.1
