Hi everyone, I searched everywhere and couldn't find any answer, so I'm going to ask you: is there any program that lets me transfer my mons from, say, gen 6 to gen 5? I know I can just gen them manually but I have 400+ mons that I want to transfer back, so it's probably going to be a pain in the ass.

Yes, there is! It's called TWLSavetool, and you can download it and read about it here:

It's very simple to use.

Hello! I have been searching for a tool to convert my .pk6 files to 3rd, 4th and 5th gen .pkm files, but unfortunately I could only find a tool to convert back to a 3rd gen file. So my question is, is there a program where I can convert/retransfer from gen 6 to gens 4 and 5? The only way I've found is to simply recreate the Pokémon in Pokégen, but that takes way too much time...

I'm having problems converting gen 6 pokémon files to lower gens... when the pokémon is one introduced in gen 4 or 5, the pokémon species doesn't appear and its attacks also go away. I believe this is because only gen 3 pokémon and attacks are programmed but I'm not sure.

This is a very nice tool Everything I was looking for.
Do you have any plans to add a box export/import feature?

This is all I was waiting for. Thank you so much, Metropolis.
Now to convert all my gen 5 pokémon back from gen 6
Hey, not sure if you're still supporting this, but I've had a minor problem when transfering gen 6 > gen 5. All the stats, items etc transferred OK, and in PKHex everything was fine, but my game glitched when I inspected the mons I had transferred, so I decided to check using PokeGen and it seems nicknames and OT names aren't being correctly transferred. Seemingly, there should be a 0xFFFF string after the name has ended, but it comes out of the editor with a 0x0000 instead, so these names are invalid in-game (usually appearing as ????????????). PKHex didn't show this, but Pokegen did. After I edited the 0x0000 strings out, they worked just fine.
