using crystaltile2, if you extract and decompress the arm9.bin file from the rom and then go to 0x13EF0 in the arm9, you'll see these 2 numbers:
"08 28"
change the 08 up to FF to increase the shiny rate.
once you're done, do NOT re-compress the arm9. simply insert it back into the rom.

what do you want to make the chance? the very most you could easily increase the chance would be 32x better or 256/65536. after that it gets difficult.
Where is the narc located? I'd like to be able to make it better than that though...

I searched through all of the overlays in Pokemon Black and I didn't find 810200 for Tornadus... I want to be able to make different legendary pokemon from previous generations roam around Unova.

I would like to know where the narc file for roaming Pokemon is in both Pokemon White and Pokemon Black. I would also like to know if there is a tool that could help me edit the narc file.

I am trying to edit the some maps from Pokemon Black using Spiky's DS Map Editor. The problem is that I can export of map to OBJ format, but I can't import an edited OBJ file, it is only possible to import nsbmd files. So, I need a way to convert an OBJ file to nsbmd format.

I basically want to do something that is like when latias and latios are roaming around in ruby and sapphire. But i want to be able to do this with custom pokemon that i make with pokegen...
I'm not sure how to do this so...

Do these tools only work for the version 2 games, Or do they work with the original pokemon black and white as well?
