I haven't copied my pokemon across yet but I wanted to make sure the poekmon would work the way I wanted before spening hours levelling only to find that the pokemon is stuck with the lesser ebility chosen in pokegen.
Eg. If I want a Gyarados ( and I want to raise it myself ). If I transfer a magikarp with the IVs I want and give it the ability 'Swift swim'; which is magikarps default ability.
Will the ability change to intimidate when evolving?
With pokemon that have 2 abilities on evolution. Is there any way to ensure which ability they get when evolving.
I understand that I could just copy fully evolved pokemon with any ability I want...but I want to train and evolve them myself.
