awkward thats the name of my hack. look back a few pages or so

i did I meant a tool that has it so that all you need to do is change the color palettes that are designated to each pokemon

Ah yes, well we have other tools for that purpose so it's not too bad that it's not an included tool
I cant seem to find a tool for that other than TwistedFatal's which is not completed yet

how do I edit a moveset in a rom that already has edited movesets, I just want to add on to them

not the move editor the learnset editor

Sorry if I missed this somewhere in this thread, but what are the conditions for the base stat changes. I edited Sandshrew's base stats but his stats are still the same. Does it only apply to Pokemon I catch after I edit the stats? Thanks for the program, and for any responses, and sorry once again if this was already addressed.

What button do you press to activate the ground/grass shaking code in the games, or does it happen automatically once you activate the code in Action Replay?
it is the L button. hold the button and move 1 step and a shaking spot should apper. also is there a code for all encounters to have perfect IVs or hidden power IVs?

I would like to know where you got your information from dinoblaster because in the past (HGSS) a japanese save could be used with an english rom and I see no reason why this should be different in the case of Black and White

you cannot post roms in this forum you are prolly using xdelta instead of cdelta gui also remember to extract the files
