There's codes that will give you the event item that will make you able to catch them at their corresponding locations and levels. Just search around for the game(s) you have.

Works for any english version of B/W (meaning USA, Canada, EU, etc.) Don't know about Japanese, or other languages.
This Victini code works (personally tested on AR DSi 1.25)
Load this code individually. Do not have any other code enabled or you will get a white screen.
Note: do EXACTLY what I type.
(Optional but saves time: save right in front of a pokecentre)
Load it up with your AR until you get to the menu screen with "Continue", "New Game", etc.
Press Select + Up
Press Continue.
(If you're right in in front of pokecentre) Hold Select and up until you enter pokecentre.
The man should be there and will give you the Liberty Pass.
WARNING: SAVE IMMEDIATELY AND DO NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE.
Restart your DS without the AR and boot up your game.
Go to Castelia City now and go to the westernmost pier. (The screen should tilt counter-clockwise when you're on the pier)
Talk to the man on the left beside the boat.
He should say "Oh! That's a Liberty Pass. Would you like to go to Liberty Garden now?" or something like that.
Beat the few galactic grunts on the island and Victini should be waiting in the basement.
Note: If you accidentally faint Victini or flee, do not fear! Just re-enter the room and Victini will be waiting for you again.

I have a question regarding the usage of ARs. As I have come to understand it, some people believe that there are "soft" and "hard" codes for Pokemon. When I say soft and hard, I mean for example a soft code would be something like 1 step egg hatch or a IV/EV checker and remains within the concept of being "legal". Whereas, a hard code would be something like changing a pokemon's stats to 999 (or even the usage of Pokegen/Pokesav) that is totally extreme.
The thng is that I have recently acquired an Action Replay for the first time in my life. Now before you go telling me "cheating is bad" I will tell you that I've been playing pokemon ever since Gen I, and all those times up until now have been Legitimate.
I don't fully approve of the Action Replay myself, but I felt a need of a reward for playing a game for so long. Actually, I rarely use it even after I acquired it. My question is this:
If I only use the wild shiny code/100% catch rate for example, Virizion, although I'd still spend countless hours of resetting for a specific nature and good IVs, can I still use it without being looked down upon? Simply because even though a shiny pokemon is extremely rare, in my opinion it should not matter in battles (whereas the main focus is to win). It doesn't affect the pokemon's stats in any way, and serves only for asthetic purposes. If I like the shiny sprite of a pokemon, I use shiny, if I like normal, I use normal. The other case is 100% catch rate. Again, asthetic purposes. If I want to see my Virizion captured in a Premier ball. It would be the same as using a 999 masterball code which is still within the confines of being 'legit'.
Note, these along some others (Victini, items, money, etc.) are the only codes I use.

Secret Trainer ID
Ok, for this I haven't fully explored this. I've used it yes.. but there's some problems I get.
1. The screen freezes when I activate it outside of my trainer card, then when I look at my trainer card the game freezes.
2. I don't know the full key combination for it but I'll test it out when I have the time
So for this, what I usually do is go to my trainer card (FRONT, where it says Nature and all that), press Select + L + R altogether, then look at the back of trainer card (the secret ID will replace your normal trianer ID, so as a word of precaution DO NOT SAVE)
