Okay. So. I don't like ussing illegit pokemon, so heres my issue. I made a scizor. According to smogon, scizor's special attack can't be above 131 unless there were some EV's put into it. As well, my speed is 206, which should be 229 with a nuetral nature. When I open it up in the pokemon generator, it shows me the correct stats. But once I send it, it gives me these messed up stats. (yes I figured in the +10% to attack, and -10% to SpD)

Well, all of my other pokemon work. Just this kabutops gives me an error online. someone mind helping me?
