What are the activator buttons for these?

I read through this thread not once but thrice and I still haven't found a EU version of this code and/or any rebattle lengendary Pokemon code. I would like to have it for the purposes of rng'd multiple version of a certain legendary Pokemon. Please note that the code below appears to be for the JPN version.

One of the many flaws the mechanics dream world abilities have. Anyway just received the Sassy Porygon from your server, kinda surprised it would just dumped the Pokemon onto you after inputting the server's IP. I kinda thought you needed something to help you gain access to it or something.
