EDIT: well I tried the code split into 3, and that didn't fix it, tried it split into 4 that didn't work either, then i tried it split into 17 (22 lines for each part) and that didn't work either...>.>

any possibility that pokegen is generating the code incorrectly for the pokedex?

It doesn't sound like it's going to matter, but did you actually apply the button activator line to each one? If you didn't, they're just going to be writing non-stop from the second the game ROM is loaded, which can cause problems.

No I didn't, can you give me the button activator line so I can add it? and would I add it to the begining of the code/s? also where should I split the code at? (at 10/20/30/etc lines?) would be much appreciated. Since I'm slowly losing my sanity SRing for a shiny Snivy... >.>

I'm trying to have it show that I have encountered a Shiny Snivy (just shiny not normal)

However when I generate the Code it just sends me to a white screen and does nothing.

I've gotten Pokegen to work with creating pokemon, it just seems to freeze when I try to edit my Pokedex.

I read another post on here where Codr said that it will work, you just need to split it into 3-4 codes, however I've tried that and no luck, still get stuck on a white screen after it tries to boot up the game.

this is for pokemon Black US

you don't have to have net framework 2.0 any version after that will work, so just Download the most recent net framework.

you will need to get a program called ir-gts, quick google search should bring you to it.

once you get that installed, you will need to make sure you have access to wifi,

change your DNS settings on your DS to what it instructs you to change it too.

and then when that is all set, you will go to the GTS, and deposit the pokemon you want to Legit check

and that should send the pokemon to your computer should look like POKEMONNAME.pkm you then want to drag that file on legal.exe

the only thing I did is have the encounter shiny AR code on, so I'm not sure if there would be something wrong with his PID or not, somewhat new to all the legality checking lol

also when I run it through Legal.exe it says the type is COMMON NDS (A-B-C-D) just curious what that means, is that the same as Normal NDS that is in the readme?
