I was able to get Port 80 open. Now you may or may not know the answer to this, but when I used a program to check the ports it said it couldn't ping my router. Any idea why?
And maybe I should clarify a little bit. I'm getting 52100 when I put in the DNS. I can get into the GTS just fine.

Sorry, bit of a nooby question and i apologise if its the wrong place to put this...
I work with this fine send pokemon to myself.Work really easy.
I can send it using my local IP which is the 192.***.***.*** with ease. My question is how do i send it out like worldwide, like hosting and sending pokemon Pokemon?
You need to use the IP that the program gives you.

@Mike Waggs: That can have plenty of potential sources. Check your firewall, ISP, and be sure that you have no open programs that bind to port 80 or 53.
It's not the firewall or any ports that bind to port 80 and I can port forward to port 80 so I don't think it's blocked. I can connect using my internal IP but I get the error for the external. If I have to port forward should I forward the internal or external?
Edit: My ISP originally blocked Port 80, but I fixed it.

I keep getting the error code "52100" .
Any idea on how I can fix this?

When I use my internal address (192.168.x.x) I can give myself Pokemon using Shiny GTS. But it doesn't work when I give my friends the internal address. But when I use the IP that the program gives me neither me nor my friends can connect to it. It gives me the error "Error: 52100 Unable to connect to Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection."

The same way you set it up for yourself. except you post the address online so other people can use it.
For me to do it for myself I need to use my internal address because the one that Shiny GTS gives me doesn't work for anyone, including me.

How do you host something like this? I can host it for myself, but how can others connect to me?
-
Whenever I try to set it up, I get error 13274. It states "You are disconnected from the GTS. Error code 13274!". I'm connecting to the Wifi just fine. I'm trying to use ir-GTS-BW but the same thing happened with HyperGTS. Anyone know any causes?

The program usually auto-detects it with an external website's assistance.
Yeah it gives me the IP, do I put that IP as the DNS server? If so do I just leave the IP on auto detect?

How do I determine what I set my IP to and my DNS to?

Thanks a lot for the help! Finally got it working, Windows Firewall even though off was still able to stop it the incoming traffic so I switched the rule and it worked. =D
