iSins, my shinys show up as normal pokemon in the tool used to move them to different boxes in pearl (when you grab em with a hand and move to where you want to place them). Is this normal?

No idea, but did you have 6 pokemon in your party? If not try dumping the pokemon off at daycare than picking him up.

This is so awesome, thank you so much. One small question why do the pokemon have 0/0HP? Does this mean they can't be used for battling ever?
