I changed to ABDE and found another PID but the wifi still kicks her out and now the legality checker says invalid or hacked pokemon.

I'm trying to create an event Chansey with Wish, but so far I've had no luck getting a legal one. I haven't had much experience creating "poketransfer" pokemon so it probably has something to do with that. Here is the pkm file:

I was wondering if someone could please help me get this .pkm file to work properly? I'm trying to make a legal Chansey that knows Wish but every time I put it in my box and access it, the game says it has encountered an error. I double checked that I'm exporting pokemon White code and I've already made several pokemon this way, but this one in particular is giving me problems. I've attached the file: myChansey.pkm
