so, but just to be sure, in case of jap patched sav files dont work on US roms, will ever be a 100% translation of the game?

there are a few things missing like black city and white forest, apart from that, is there anything else to be translated yet?

ok well i tried a jap save file from hgss on english rom and it works all you have to do is make sure that .nds file is the same as the .sav file

just to add on i got jap save from gamefaqs and first tried it on jap rom un translated and it was all in japanese including pokemon names. than i changed the .sav file to match my english rom and put it on my cyclo and it worked everything was in english including the pokemon

so, it's ok to use a jap tranlated sav file in to the future american rom right?

all we have to do is put the same name on both files..

I would like to know where you got your information from dinoblaster because in the past (HGSS) a japanese save could be used with an english rom and I see no reason why this should be different in the case of Black and White

i want to know that as well..

i hope that anyone out there can answer my question:

So, if i start playing this english patched rom, and when the official US version comes out, am i able to play the official US version with my save from the english patched version?

(this is really pissing me off, and this is basically the reason why i'm not playing yet)
