my legit pokesaved pokemon disconnect the game

ok heres the problem my pokemon are hacked "legitimately" (cuz i dont wanna go spend ages on training it has legit stats and everything checked it with the legality checker) i go play them online then 5 of my pokemon are fine no problems... but when i sent out 1 pokemon (its random) last time it was frosslass and now its cresselia it randomly disconnects the game it says communication error and kicks me out of wifi. anyway i could fix this? please people get furious about disconnects coz ppl think im rage quitting or something >.>
