no it just shows funny symbols if i open it in notepad im using windows XP btw

im new so go easy on me, i couldn't find where to post this so i decided here would be the best choice because im using platinum pokesav.. ok i have oooone problem.. i saved as a xml file and when i opened it, it came up with this The XML page cannot be displayed Cannot view XML input using style sheet.
