well i cant use the xdelta gui cuz i cant find the .patch file theres only patch .exe and yes its an almost completely clean rom its a black rom with the exp patch but thats its or does it have to be completely clean??

patch.exe doesnt wanna work for me. Its says patch succesfull but when i go in game its still in japanese also the title screen is still the originalidk whats wrong any1 got an idea of what am i doing wrong???
