Use a backup?
Have you used pokesav for anything else?

I always backup my save data. And no other than uploading wondercards.

EDIT: It would have helped if I'd not used the Platinum pokesav to edit my Diamond. <FACEPALM>

I placed this on my diamond via pokesav and it destroyed my data!
