Can this program pick up on "illegal moves"? If not, are any egg or move tutor moves from the previous generation that are "illegal" now? I'm making all of my pokemon "hatched" by the way.

You take the .PKM file, and you drag and DROP it onto the actual Legal.exe icon. It will then open the file.

I did and it just sits there. How long does it take to usually run? I unzipped the file and double clicked Legal.exe to bring up the command box...is there anything else that I should have done?

So I'm new at this...once you enter the file path, how do you get this program run since Enter exits the program?

i didnt come up with it dsa did i was trying to use the code to get a Liberty Pass as idk how to get wi-fi to work on my DSi when you have secure internet so i cant get it without using an AR and i dont live close enough to a McDonalds to be able to walk there
???...um, I dunno if you thought I was replying to something that you said but I just wanted to know if it was possible to change the PID for an existing pokemon since I never used Pokegen or Pokesave before.

Make em wear Power Items such as the ones you get from Battle Tower and Battle Subway that to make Ivs stronger depending on which it wears.
As for the Nature when you have the pokemon with the nature you want make that pokemon carry an Everstone and theres a greater chance of the egg's pokemon having that Nature**.So yeah it does take longer time but like i said i do that to kill time and make em 100% legit.
Meh, I think I'mma wait around for some codes to get around the issue, lol. Thanks anyway though

Well Evs are easy but time consuming the way i doit and to ALL the pokemon ive breed wich are over 100 from white version only
is make the pokemon wear a macro brace each pokemon has a certain EV points it will give but the maco brace will make it give you double with less the time.So say Crobat gives 3 Speed Evs so when you knock it out it will give you 3 but holding the Maco Brace it will give you 6 points instead of 3 makin it 2 times faster and plus you can use say carbos,Zinc,Protien and the others use them 10times and it will give that EV 100 points Ev max at 255 and you can only have up to 510 if i remember right so.
Edit : Yes it does pick hacked Evs only if passes 510 which it shouldnt unless you hack it yourself
I know this. I mean when it comes to passing down desired natures and get maxed out ivs.

It also depends where and what pokemon you catch so if you Catch say a Rayquaza in Route-1 its gonna pick it up as not legit so yes and no, only for normal pokemon that appear in the areas so i still think its easier to breed em in my oppinion (because that will be pure legit not you just bs'ing the game into thinking its legit lol) the only ones that would be worth for to catch of some WPM id say is the ones that evolve due to trading.
Ok, so what's the quickest way to breed and get the desired nature/ivs you want?
And does the Wifi pick up on hacked evs too?

In theory: If you caught a pokemon using the "wild nature modifer" code or "wild max iv" code then the Wifi should pick it up as Legit, since technically you didn't directly modify the hex values, right?

Thank you for telling me this, how do I update this firmware, and why have I never had to do it before for a new release?
Oh and another thing...if you are upgrading to AR DS Firmware 1.71, make sure the GBA slot of the DS/DS Lite is empty when installing it. If you don't, you'll get an error message.

I guess its due to new formating stardards of games. Its the same reason you have to periodically update PS3, XBOX 360, and Wii firmware

Well, its the ACTUAL ID of your game...meaning how it knows if your pokemon is traded or not. Personally, I do not like the feel of traded pokemon (the experience boosts seems really cheap to me). I would personally like these codes, so the pokemon that I actually do trade over from my Gen IV games will behave as they did in their native games. I plan to mimic my Soul Silver secret and normal ID to do this. I dunno....it'll just feel more like I'm using MY own pokemon.

can someone help me, whenever i typed in codes for black, it just crashes and gives me a white screen after i click start on the ARDS menu after having selected my codes!!!
Update your firmware to either 1.71 or 1.25 (depending on if you have a AR DS or AR DSi)

Can you or anyone else please elaborate on this format? You have 4 X's (xxxx=0000~FFFF) but the IDs are 5 digits long.
Exactly what do I need to replace the XXXX's or anything else with? For example, what would I put if I wanted my secret ID to be 12345?
