  1. Possibly, but that's not important. (There are so many possibilities that it's unlikely that you wouldn't find a match.) The PID method is simply referring to the different ways the games generate PIDs and IVs. HG/SS, for example, doesn't use anything but method 1 as far as I know.

Thank you. Another question, why is it sometimes it won't generate a PID for a specific IV set, or generate a Shiny PID if I have some IV's set to specific values?

Yes. To the Pokemon community, at least. I have no verification still that Nintendo does such stringent checks anywhere.

Thank you. So, say, while I'm making a Pokemon that derived from Soul Silver, if I use Method 2, it would not be legitimate?

  2. I would just like to say, I was unable to figure out PokeSav, and I found this program, I am very, very, VERY impressed with this! I use it to "Gen" my teams all the time. It's very helpful, a lot easier that Pokesav and, who knows, maybe a lot more accurate, too! It's very visual, which I like, it's very User-friendly, and overall it's a great program.

I do have a question, though.

By changing the Seed (A-B-C-D, B-C-A-D, A-C-B-D, etc..), will that give me a better chance of generating the exact set of IV's and Shiny/Non-Shiny I want? Also, will it change the legitimacy of the Pokemon? I know obviously not to use the Chained Shiny seed if the Pokemon derived from HG/SS, though.

EDIT: One of the first to download 3.0b, hell yeah!

  3. Here are the contents to the Action Replay DSi Code Manager Disc.

    ARDSi Disc Contents

Once you are ready to extract, it will prompt you to enter a password. The Password is: yourwelcome

This contains setup info for the Code Manager, as well as Driver info for the hardware (Action Replay).

NOTE: This is for Action Replay DSi only, Not Action Replay DS, DSME, etc.

I do NOT take credit for this link or any of the files within it. All Credit goes to Zamitybishbam on YouTube for providing these files. I am just helping out people who had my problem (Not being able to locate driver information because the disc was corrupted...), and providing them with a solution.

  4. If anyone could send me the Driver file (Or a link to a download...) for the ARDSi, This would be greatly appreciated!

My Disc does not contain the Driver file, I do not know why, but it doesn't, and it's frustrating. Please help as soon as possible D:

  5. Thanks for all your help, you rock :D I'd like to request something, though. Can you make a Custom IV Mod? Sort of in the fashion of the Custom EV Mod (Which works like a charm, by the way!) I love that EV Mod so much I think it'd be awesome to have one for IV's too. But, unlike the EV Mod, Can you make it so it doesn't erase existing IV's? Just replaces the ones you wish to replace.

Also with the EV Mod, does it have the 510 EV Cap or does it go over unless you do the math?

  6. I have tested the Movie13 Celebi and Satoshi Pikachu that I fixed from Tbird original codes that he made by using the Wonder Cards and they work, but occasionally there will be a Severe Side Effect. This Side Effect can Damage/Corrupt and Erase your Game File. So just be careful when using these AR codes.

If the IV/EV Checker shows 0 SpA for your Pokémon's EV, it means that your Pokémon does not have any SpA EV.

When using the Exp. Modifier code, it will Raise your EV Stats when Leveling Up.

The thing is, I was training my Magnemite in SpA, and it showed I was gaining no SpA EV's, I had Power Lens on, Pokerus and was battling Magmar.

With the EXP Mod, Same battle, Magnemite VS Walt's Magmar, and after 1 battle I had 255 Defense EV's. And it wasn't a glitch in the EV Checking code, since I used Berries to get rid of them.

  7. Okay I have some questions about other codes...

I noticed that with the 200x EXP Modifier default code in the AR, it does do it's job, but it REPLACES The EV's gained at the end of the battle with Defense EVs, and gains EV's for each level obtained by using the Mod.

Is there anyway to get rid of this side-effect?

Also, With the IV/EV Checker, The EV Checker shows Special Defense EV's that a Pokemon Does not have, How can I fix this? Not only that, but it will not show my Special Attack EV's for SOME Pokemon, other Pokemon it shows their EVs, Any way to fix this?

Here are the Codes I used:

    IV Code:

Hold L to View EV, Hold R to View IV

Go to pokemon stats and hold the activator while switching pkmn to view the EV/IV
