    I'd like to request just the pkm file for a legit (not hacked) Embedded Tower Kyogre captured in HG. I need this to unlock Rayquaza in SS.

    Nevermind. Got it.

    Take any Krogre, change found location to Faraway Place.

    46h is E8

    47h is 00

    Voila! Oak is fooled. Release Kyogre.
