Where do i go to update my PPSE , i dont even know what version i have, the only pokemon games i can edit are Diamond, Pearl and Platinum, i would like the update version with Heat Gold and Soul Silver

i made this thread so i can request a ARDSi code for HG / SS the code i would like to get is a code where i can catch all the forms of the unown, if the code can be like a wild pokemon modifer code , that would be awesome. thanks
