IVs will alter your final totals by anywhere from 0 - 31 points. Nature will alter your final totals by multiplying them by 0.9, 1.0, or 1.1. EVs alter your final totals anywhere from 0 - 63. If you already have max EVs for one Stat, it's most likely the IVs and/or Nature. What are your Nature and Stats?

Well my scizor's nature is Adamant with Tech, i don't know how to do the editing so i just hit all EV and IVs

well i want to change the stats, so how do i do this? do i need to alert the EVs? btw does IV come into play as well?

how do i get it there? because i try making it 251, but in the game it reverts back... any clue? same with the others, i've tried lowering S.Atk and others but no luck. =/
