I translated the codes for the French versions of HG/SS, and it seems to be the same for US versions, so here they are...

I noticed that the EV modifier code that utilizes the vitamins is exactly the same as Diamond and Pearl's...
Therefore, the Activator Code is also missing.
Would a little tweaking in the codes make them work for Heart Gold and Soul Silver?
I found that that all of the EV codes that elixerdream had posted do not work at all unless something specific had to be done.
