Oh boy, how long has it been since I last visited here?

I'm a returning member who left without notice (and kinda abandoned a few threads I contributed to). Hello to those who may have seen me somewhere here or elsewhere and hi to everyone else~ I was pretty "dead" here due to schoolwork and been drawing a lot.

how do i install the drivers my computer isnt even recognizing my USB lead

Go to the device manager on the control panel and click the Action Replay hardware (which should be something with an "!" next to it meaning that it's not installed). Double click on it and it should ask for the drivers, if you have them stored on your computer, specify the location when asked. If it's on a CD, just put the CD in and let it scan the disk drive.

This isn't really a code request in some way but I request a list of the items in hex format, specifically for item modifier purposes. A move list in hex format will also be wonderful for a future "TM x Modifier" code to teach a Pokemon a different move in the hex list.

I don't know if I'm in the right section to post this; if not, please move it to the right one please.

I'm curious wether or not I should get an Action Replay Toolkit for experimenting or making codes for the English release of Pokemon Black and White.

Though, I have a few questions/concerns on the tool itself:

Since the Japanese Pokemon Black and White wasn't recognized by the Action Replay DS/DSi until a firmware release. Will I also need the right firmware for the tool to recognize the game?

Also, is there any significant changes to using this with a hard copy of the game compared to using a ROM with an Emulator? I've heard that some codes work on the Emulator but not the actual hard copy. I just need to confirm if that's true.

If you want, you can give me your opinion about the thing if it's worth buying it or not or tell me mroe about it.

Other than that, that's all I need an answer for to help decide if I should go spend the $40 on it or not.

See, that's the oddest thing. Because on the Datel Youtube channel they have not just one, but TWO vids showing using what is quite obviously the ARDS (V7.10) to play Pokemon Black (JPN) and White (JPN). Plus the Datel website clearly says you will not have to buy a new/different AR, just maybe update. I've already emailed Datel about this, I was just wondering if anybody who frequents this thread happened to successfully use an ARDS + DSLite + the actual Cart + these codes.

Just note that some codes don't always work out on the original game and only on the emulator. We had similar issues with some codes for Pokemon HeartGold/SoulSilver such as the Wild Pokemon Modifier, people who use it on the AR sometimes see that it crashes when you press the activator buttons. It might have had to do with either the code itself or how the Action Replay deals with the codes. Some codes worked on the regular DS AR and some worked on the DSi AR.

Ack, sorry for my delay here. I'm caught in a bunch of schoolwork and projects since it's close to Fall break over here. And Riolu Aura Sphere Now, I've updated my OP with the banner/sigbar you provided and added credits.

It would be nice if some of you guys may edit your post if it's confirmed working or not once other people have tried it. Don't want to end up posting codes that aren't working or have trouble telling which ones are working or not.

Quick code request if this is even possible: Is there any possible way of maybe having a certain Pokemon appear in the place where you get them from the Dream World? Just a random thought/question/request.

I dunno if there should be a thread for Pokemon Black/White codes now that it's released. But I'll make this thread just in case.

Did you discard the amount of Ultra Balls for the level you want? Also, try pressing L a couple of times and then hold L while walking in the crass until the Pokemon encounter animation shows up.

Is there a code that prevents Aprijuice from lowering Pokethlon stats?

I don't think that's possible since when you make aprijuice it is already fixed at a certain number for increase and decrease on your Pokemon. The code that makes your Pokemon have max stars in every stat is a change in the value of where the Aprijuice would have an effect (example is an aprijuice makes a hex value in an address of your pokemon 2b or something for one stat which is changed to another value with the code for an even higher increase).

It's been a while since I last visited here (3 Months); has anyone made a code of Reclaiming Bill's Eevee yet? I've posted this request months ago but still haven't gotten word about it.

I've forgotten about this place since I am so busy. My apologies to everyone who asked my something and didn't reply.

I would go with Black since I have many things that I have that are the color black such as my Nintendo DSi and Wacom Bamboo tablet. It would be nice having another item to add to the collection of black colored stuff. Also, my Umbreon plush would have something to stand on lol.

This makes me wonder what their evolution forms look like. Depending what they are I may decide between that Grass Snake or Fire Pig.

If I get the Fire Pig Pokemon I will name him Bacon or BabyBack.

I also agree with how the Pokemon are starting to look ridiculous.

Hey, everyone! So here's the deal: This is where anyone can post codes and requests for HeartGold. Please, however, make sure they're for the English verion only! They also have to be regular AR codes, not for DSi! So, I need a code that makes the starter I get from Elm be male, have a hasty nature, and have a quick tempered peronality. If anyone has this code, please post it here! Oh yeah! All code posted here MUST be tested! And remember, all codes are for the US version! Happy posting!

There's already a thread that has codes that work with both the Action Replay DS and the Action Replay DSi. Only thing is that the posts in the beginning are outdated including mine and I will add newer codes when I have the time.

Currently you can't back up the Pokemon save files using the Action Replay DSi until Datel releases a new firmware upgrade to make it work for these games.

Also even if there was already a new firmware upgrade, you'll need a MicroSD card to back it up on which the slot for it is right in the Action Replay DSi (where it loads homebrew, backup saves, export the codelist, etc). You cannot back up save files using the Action Replay to the SD card that's in the Nintendo DSi.

You can try using codes by the Action Replay to get the natures and IVs you want alternately. Just look around for the codes and don't forget to use the search button so you don't ask something that's already been answered.

Probably since the other thread got closed for being too huge. Though I think Pokefreak isn't updating his first post anymore and rather wants you to check his site out for the codes.

I'll be happy to update my post if anyone posts a code for me. Either that or they PM me any codes I don't have on the updated post so it makes it easier for me to add them.

I believe there is a code to change the natures of your Pokemon by marking them in the PC box. Use the search tool cause I'm a bit too busy to link you to the post or thread that has it.

EDIT: SOLUTION!!! Go to the first post of this thread, and look for the code called "Wild Pokemon Hidden Power Type MAX:"

That shows the last part of each HP Type code. So use that as a reference and build your HP Codes from that!! =D

I was planning to go update the codelist and add that one too then but I'm currently extremely busy right now. One thing is my LCD monitor is broken and I need to buy a new one (that costs +$100). And another is that my school suddenly crammed like 7 projects together for the last 3 weeks of school ( I literally have one or more projects in each class all due around the same day D: ).

As a reminder to Riolu and Free Spirit, I need help with the following.

Does anyone know of IV Codes to tailor for HP's? I'd like 31/30/30/31/31/31 to unlock HP Ice on my Gengar, and 31/30/31/30/30/31 to unlock HP Fire.

Also, after having used the popular EV 252 HP+Def AR Code, at first it looked like it worked perfectly. It changed the marked pokemon to have 252 HP and DEF. I saved. However, something I noticed afterwards was that whenever I try to use EV reducing berries, instead of lowering by 10, it lowers by 100! Is there an AR code to revert this change, or just simply to adjust the berries back to 10 (Or even 5, that would be awesome)?

Are you trying to ask for a code to change the IVs on the fly on your already caught Pokemon? If not, then there's already a AR code for catching pokemon with the Hidden Power you want with the highest possible IVs for that.

And there is no EV Reducing Berry code yet as to rival the Vitamin code currently.

Gosh after all this time, I still never saw a "Reclaim Bill's Eevee" code yet. I wish I knew more on AR code making so I don't have to request things myself.

And I'll update my 2nd post in the other thread once I get my laptop screen fixed. My LCD cable broke and turns out the inverter isn't working too so I can't see anything on my screen unless I use some kind of bright light.

I played Soul Silver and used the Max IV code and the Shiny Wild Pokemon Code and they worked together fine.

Neither of them work, alone or together, in Heart Gold. What gives?! The codes are the same every site I go to so either people are lying and they're soul-silver-only codes or something's messed up ...

What kind of action replay you use? The DS or DSi version?

In the DS version, make sure the game id is the same and that the code is put in correctly. In the DSi version, you can just exit out of the game recognition screen and use codes from your SoulSilver game. I sometimes use the SoulSilver Item Modifier EX code (It allows me to swap the first slot with up to 5 different items depending on the button) in the HeartGold version.

Hey I was the one who made that code. I originally had problems so I had to ask for elixerdream to help me out. And now it's been taken down as a request.

I even made a thread asking for help on the code provided with a screenshot which I deleted due to the request.
